Privacy of uploaded file not honered + solution [Integrated]

Members are allow to detach and update in contrary what is checked at in /users/configure.php ->tab 'submission', Files is set
Vincent: Many thanks for this one, it helps a lot to get both the problem and its solution. This change has been integrated tonight into the core set of scripts.
FCKEditor in IE on Vista [Integrated]

The editting box does now show up. Members can not find the box to comment or edit stories using FCKeditor.
IE6 and IE7 do not display the FCK editor.
TinyMCE and textarea do work. I tested yacs8.6beta30.31.31.
It seems we are not alone - stylesheet issues?
I reverteted all my users to tinyMCE for now.
Add 150 avatars to your site

The standard YACS archive has 20 avatar images. Do you need more? Get the full library featured at this site.
For version 8.6: upload in skins /images/avatars/, not in /users/avatars (!without the index.php file from the archive) and /control/purge.php - visit skins/images/avatars/index.php to see all avatars.

File upload and browse server not working for me

Two things jumped up at the provider:
- the php tmp_dir variable was not set in the php.ini, so no temp dir to upload for php.
- The owner of the files is not the owner of the process :( this means a lot of hassle or wide open files (hence the advised 707 from the readme.txt)
+ the above mentioned 'same' server appeared a cluster of servers; therefore YACS worked on the one site but not on the other site, as they were on different machines.
