msysgit comes with Git GUI, a nice graphycal user interface :

I found three projects for using git on 
- msysgit to use it on same way as on
(mostly command line) - tortoisegit to use it on same way as tortoiseSVN (mostly right clic on folders and files)
- gitextensions to use it with the explorer. maybe same as tortoise, but the projet looks less mature.
