Chat Enhancement - additional links

My members find it very difficult to find the chat and private messaging.

why is it so buried and hard to find. There should probably be a link to the chat from the member directory, amongst other places (configured from a chat control possibly?)

These are three different features. All make sense, but if you want us to work on them you'd better create one page per feature... My two cents...
