Expanding the features of the collection

It would be good to have some simple features added to the current collection feature

1- An option to download a (music) file rather than stream it from the web site. In the configuration of collection you should be able to choose the default behaviour (stream or download)
2- Ability for editors to also create collections. Currently this can only be done by an associate through the control panel (right?)

Streaming and download links are provided to video files, but not to .mp3, you are right. And that is probably missing...
