Bugs SEO error + SQL error + pretty urls

Also, with the new pretty urls, there is a mix of underscores and dashes, for best SEO, we should be using dashes as they split keywords, underscores do not.

SQL tag seems to have been duplicated, glitch or bug ?

Finally the visited box has missing line breaks in the formatting.
