After doing the CHMOD 707 of all the files and then running the setup.php from the browser, I get an error message as 'No shared library. Please copy the entire set of files in the provided archive.' Kindly help. Dont know how to proceed further.

Jerry, usually this error message means either that the entire content of the original archive has not been transferred to the server, or that the directory structure has not been preserved. To give you an idea, the software today has +1,600 files spread in about 30 main directories.
